Road Safety can now test for drunken driving

So we have this equipment here? Lol. 

Suspected drunk driver who almost had a crash along Lagos-Ibadan expressway pictured being tested for alcohol by FRSC. According to the agency, the suspected drunk driver tested positive to alcohol. Nice one, FRSC!
