We Are Not APC But We Will Give Amobi Ogah A Chance- Civil Society

The Isuikwuato/Umunneochi Civil Society Organisation, a non-political organization has thrown their weight behind the business mogul and lead aspirant for the Isuikwuato / Umunneochi federal constituency under APC Chief Amobi Ogah. The leader of the group
Barr. Iheanyichukwu Ekeome who released a communique after their general meeting to decide the fate of the constituency for the coming election.


We hereby present to you this communique as a resolve of our general meeting held on September 6th, 2018 in Isiukwuato/Umunneochi Constituency:

  1. That after due consultations, we have decided that we will not leave the fate of the constituency in the hands of any representative when electoral decisions suppose to be in the discharge of the people.
  2. All traditional rulers in Isiukwuato/Umunneochi are to as a matter of fact steer clear from partisan politics and sabotaging the will of the people.
  3. That Nkeiruka Onyejiocha should not recontest to represent the zone again after 12 years for the interest of peace, equity, fairness, and justice.
  4. That the entire people of the zone will vote individually and not the party. One who shall have the interest of the people at heart. Hitherto will vote Amobi Ogah as the most credible aspirant to lead the zone.

The group which has over 1000 members across the zone also lamented on the state of roads and non-existence of facilities in the constituency said that now is the appropriate time to have our destiny in our hands and should not toil with it. They also call on the youths not to allow themselves to be used as political tools during the election.
