Ashphating: Build to last, Ken Ukeagu charges contractors of Old timber road

Work has continued at the Old timber road Umuahia where Ken Ukeagu's Connak foundation has embarked on the Old timber road rehabilitation. Latest Development monitored by our reporters shows that the contractors handling the project have started asphating the road as at the time of filing this report. Speaking to newsmen Mr Ken Ukeagu represented by his Director of protocols Mr Chike Ekwe charged the contractors to use their wealth of experience and give the people a lasting road. 

The Timber road which leads to many villages will alleviate the pliers of Olokoro, Ohokobe Afara and people using the olokoro road to access Michael Okpara University through the olokoro By-Pass. 
CONNAK Foundation is a private non-profit organization established in 2012 with a vision to tackle youth unemployment, that has resulted in social malice and redundancy, by creating opportunities for economic empowerment and growth in the eastern part of Nigeria.

As an advocate of poverty alleviation and grassroots development with a keen interest in child education and youth empower­ment, he started a scholarship program in 2012 that provided children from low-income families with free and quality education in secondary school.
The organisation attracts international donors to the favour of her numerous beneficiaries through partnership and interventions.
