Umuahia central House of Assembly candidate of the Accord Party (AP) Hon Chika Ukandu, has blamed successive administrations of the ruling Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the past years for the dilapidated state of infrastructure and the economy of the state.
Pointing out that the state is Bedeviled by bad roads, soaring unemployment rates and unending power outrages, Hon Chika Ukandu insisted that the ruling PDP government has failed in all indices of governance and therefore has nothing to show to justify the mandates given to the party by the people of Umuahia Central Constituency.
Hon Ukandu who said this to newsmen while on a media chat in Umuahia described the current situation of Umuahia as disappointing.
"When you enter Umuahia, you won't believe it's a state Capital unlike other states who take pride in their state capitals. This should stop she said"
She encourage the people of Umuahia Central to vote wisely and elect her for quality representation and stewardship.
