Dr Godson posited that he is poised to bring the dividend of democracy to the people.
He said part of his objectives for the people of his senatorial district was also to create a geographical identity and upscale robust legislation and representation for their benefit.
The ADC candidate and seasoned legislator also took a swipe at the two major political parties for allegedly bringing poverty, underdevelopment, deprivation and hopelessness to Abia central and called on the people of the zone to come out enmasse and queue behind Peter Obi to emerge the next president of Nigeria and also vote for him to compliment Obi's Administration in the red chember.
Godson, who spoke to journalists also expressed optimism that the people of Abia Central senatorial district and Nigerians were yearning for change and can't wait to have a new breed of leaders.
It has been an interesting journey on the campaign train and one significant thing we have noticed is that there is this yearning for a different kind of approach to governance and government. "Can't you see people are tied of the same old folks? He asked."
