Court strikes out Onyedi Okwulehie's case against House Member elect Akaliro

Barr. Anderson kelechi Akaliro has Flawed Onyendi Okwulehie of a factional Abia APC as the Court of Appeal Affirms him as the authentic candidate of the APC.

In two different judgements (CA/OW/44/23 & CA/OW/45/23) delivered on Tuesday the 28th day of March 2023 by the Appeal court sitting in Owerri, the judge asserted that Onyedi Okwulehie is a gold digger and a meddlesome interloper who knew from the beginning that he never participated in the direct primaries as directed by the National working committee of the APC in Abia State and was busy deceiving & or impersonating the winner of the aforementioned election. 

The Abia APC had held parallel primaries in the state that produced Akaliro and Okwulehie as house of Assembly candidates of the party.

Subsequently, ruling in a suit instituted by Okwulehie Onyedi, the Appeal court in Owerri declared that Onyedi lacked the locus standi to contest the election, violated the 2022 electoral law on the party procedure primaries and has no right to contest the election that produced Akaliro and therefore dismissed Onyedi's case & warned him to stop his further impersonation or face the full weight of the law.
