Abia Ace Radio, Rapid 96.5fm is set to celebrate the member representing Isiala Ngwa North/ Isiala Ngwa South Federal Constituency in the green chambers, Hon. Ginger Obinna Onwusibe as her

 "PERSONALITY OF THE YEAR 2023".

According to the Media Giants, the award focuses on honouring and celebrating the achievements of people who have distinguished themselves in character and Nation building.
