Chief Mascot Uzor Kalu has extended warm New Month greetings to the people of Abia State and Nigerians, encouraging them to remain hopeful, resilient, and united despite the challenges facing the country.
Speaking to newsmen, Chief Kalu expressed gratitude to God for the gift of life and the opportunity to witness the beginning of another month. He urged citizens to approach the new month with optimism, hard work, and a renewed commitment to peace and development.
According to him, every new month presents another chance for individuals, families, and communities to pursue their aspirations while contributing to the growth and progress of society.
The former APC governorship aspirant called on political leaders, public office holders, and community stakeholders to continue placing the welfare of the people above personal interests, stressing that responsive leadership and collective responsibility are essential for sustainable development.
Chief Kalu also encouraged the people of Abia State to remain law-abiding and continue in their prayers for unity, security, and economic growth across the state.
"I congratulate all Abians and Nigerians on the commencement of this new month. May it bring renewed hope, good health, peace, prosperity, and greater opportunities for every household.
