Mad woman insists withdrawing money from First Bank

This was a picture of an incident that happened in Umuahia the capital of Abia early this month, where a mad woman batched inside First Bank Plc. Umuwaya road branch claiming she want to withdraw money. This attracted the attention of the security men who tried taken her away but to no avail.
