#ENDSARS: IKPEAZU'S MATURITY OVER PROTEST COMMENDABLE - COMRADE CHIMUANYA EZE BAYO

Comrade Chimuanya Eze (Bayo) the Area Council Chairman NURTW umuahia Area has commended the  Governor of Abia State His Excellency, Okezie Victor Chibuike Ikpeazu (PhD) over his understanding of the agitations of the Nigerian youths and maturity in handling the ongoing #EndSARS protest.

Bayo gave the commendation on Tuesday in a chat with newsmen in Umuahia , Abia State, praising the law enforcement agencies for managing the national protest without the use of coercion.

He applauded the Governor for the approval of the inauguration of a Judicial Panel of Inquiry to investigate allegations of extra-judicial killings and brutality by security agents in the state.

"Moreso there must be an improved welfare package for the Police Force. The gallant and fervent officers should be promoted as and when due, with the financial benefits accrued to them.”
