Dr Aham Uko set to be confered "Rapid Personality of the year Award"

The former Abia State Commissioner for Finance, Dr. Aham Uko, has emerged the "Rapid Personality of the year" in recognition of his outstanding performance while in Governance and for his contributions to revenue generation, debt management including astute management in his services.

He contributed immensely to public policy development and implementation, thereby impacting several pillars of his knowledge to the development of the state.

Having written over 25 Papers in Finance, Economics and Banking in several International Journals and, Co-authored 2 books currently on sale at Amazon.com and distinguishing himself in the banking sector creditably, Dr Uko deployed his wealth of experience to managing resources of the state and Private sectors.

According to Rapid Award committee, "Dr Aham Uko's good works have added value to the people." among the selfless services he rendered to his community and Abia, which ranges from solar electrification, Selfless community leadership, Interventions during Covid 19 pandemic, succour to the down trodden, character and Nation building just to mention but a few. The release says that The Prestigious Rapid personality Award will be confered to Dr Aham Uko On Thursday 7th December 2023 by 11am at Rapid Fm Radio House and Live on Radio.
