According to RBN, Chief Ndukwe has been found worthy to recieved this award as he has distinguished himself in excellent character and Nation building through out his years serving the public and the private sector.
He will be honoured with this award for his commitment to alleviating less privileged pains from the period of COVID-19 till date, strengthening dispute resolution in Abia and exhibiting good leadership. Chief Ndukwe was described as the best in terms of uplifting the lives of all people in both rural and urban areas on human and infrastructural development and this he has been nicknamed "Man of good Heart"
Chief Okey Ndukwe not only made a conspicuous transformational changes in ABSEDA but with his humble and inspirational leadership, motivated others to embrace challenges and improve each day. He was always passionate about ABSEDA – to continuously improve and his core purpose of always ‘Settling disputes among individuals and communities” as he discharges his duties creditably.
According to Rapid Fm, her management resolved to honour Chief Okey Ndukwe based on his wonderful performance and in recognition of his Patriotism, remarkable Strides in leadership and selfless service to the people of the state.
The release States that Chief Chief Okey Ndukwe will be confered with this Award on Monday December 11, 2023 by 2pm at Rapid Fm Umuahia.
