Otti's Victory, Sign of hope for Abia - Abia Line Network

The Abia line Labour Union under the umbrella of Abia line Network Company Ltd

 has congratulated the governor of Abia State, Dr Alex Otti on his victory at the Supreme Court, saying that his victory is a sign of more good things to come.

In a statement made available to journalists in Umuahia, the Leadership of the Union said, it was a win for Abia People.  "The resilience and unwavering commitment demonstrated by Governor Otti and his deputy His Excellency Engr Ikechukwu Emetu throughout the legal challenges at the Election Petition Tribunal, the Court of Appeal, and finally at the Supreme Court are not only commendable but also reflective of his dedication to the principles of democracy." May we also commend the Commisioner for Transportation Hon Sunny Owunna for his leadership sagacity in the ministry of transportation and all he has done to reflect the good policies of this Administration.

“We commend the judiciary for defending democracy and for upholding the truth on who the good people of Abia State gave their mandate.

“The victory of Governor Otti at the Supreme Court is a call for more hard work, development, performance and transformational leadership.

“We call on Ndi-Abia to disregard the antics of anti-democratic forces in the state who failed woefully to distract Governor Otti with mischievous litigations. Abia is in safe hands. We commend Governor Otti for bringing Abia out from years in Egypt into the promised land. The people are very happy for the judgement.

We believe that this judicial affirmation will serve as a catalyst for Governor Otti to redouble his efforts in delivering good governance and sustainable development to the people of Abia State. "We congratulates Governor Alex Otti and wishes him a successful and impactful tenure.
